Well I didnt think this would be my first post of 2008! Welcome to my 2008 blog by the way!!
We arrived home from Clare to find out that our internet wasn’t working. Not a sausage out of it.
The following day we rang the provider, they gave the usual, move the box into different rooms etc etc, been there and done that. So they said that they had already boosted the signal and that there was nothing more they could do, that perhaps there was a new electrical device in the house that was interfering with the box (no) so they couldn’t think of anything else that was stopping the broadband from working. All we can think of is that maybe our neighbours have something thats interfering with it.
So, we have decided to go with another broadband provider, but this will take 10-15 (working!) days.
So, my friends, thats my status at the moment, sorry if you are emailing me/commenting and I’m not getting back to you too quickly on things. Using my folks PC at present for this.
oh yeah- and bridesmaid dresses- check!
