This past week and a half had been soo soo busy for me, I have hardly had time to breathe!!
So I’m really sorry if I havent replied to anyone, I will be sure to get back to you after I get back.
In the meantime, I will be raising a glass of Italian Red Wine for you in…oh, say 20 hours time?
I have also signed up for the Knitters Tea Swap and will be on the hunt for some goodies for my pal while I’m away.

I leave you with a photo of some fab goats cheese, olive and tomato tarts that my sister and I made for a secret party for my boyfriends birthday. Yes, 2 of these ones are gone, there was a lot more eaten in the making!! Party was a success, and wow he was surprised!!
