So, Saturday came and we headed down to our usual place for Saturday knitting, to discover it closed again. Must be due to the bank holiday, it was closed the last bank holiday also, though we thought it was because it was Easter that time.
So we headed off to Dublin Castle again and spent a lovely couple of hours chatting, knitting and catching up.
I liked this mosaic piece that was in the little nook we found.Â
Every now and then it gave a tremendous bubble. I half expected to see a snorkler raise their head from the water!!
What a great spot to sit and knit! I’m not as jealous as usual, because I got to go to the Maryland Sheep & Wool Festival here in the U.S. this past weekend …

That looks like a better place to sit and knit while the weather is good. I love the castle backdrop. Of course, I was knitting at Maryland Sheep and Wool so I can’t be too jealous.
